SWD Plafonne is owned and managed by Francis Holtzkampf
Francis studied at the old University of Port Elizabeth and obtained B.Sc.Q.S. Degree (cum laude) in 1976.
He worked as quantity surveyor in 1977 and started as a lecturer at UPE in 1978 while working part time as a quantity surveyor. In 1979 he started a private practice as a quantity surveyor until end of 1980.
In 1981 he started a aluminium window and door manufacturer and ceiling and partition business. He sold the aluminum side of the business in 1994 and concentrated on ceiling and partitions and has only been involved in this since then.
SWD Plafonne has a core of specialist artisans that has been working for us between 18 and 25 years. We also make use of two experienced sub-contracting teams for the last 8 years with many years of ceiling and partition experience between them.
